With the team and clients being served at least one parking fine a week in the CBD, it was time for Findex (formerly Crowe Horwath) to seek another location. The opportunity to work with a local contact to create a custom-made building, which would facilitate team and client interaction instead on hinder it, was too good to pass up.
Despite being one of the first businesses in Blueridge Business Park, it didn’t take long for staff and clients to get used to the new location, especially as the eastern edge of the city continued to grow.
“We were incredibly tight in terms of both space and facilities at our prior location. The parking limitations alone caused frustration with our clients, and limited the time we could spend with them. Moving to Blueridge Business Park has allowed us a location which is both relaxing and convenient for clients and staff. We’ve created a great team environment that our clients find easy to get to.”
